Stewart
Vargas-Sosa, Esq.

Founding Attorney

Stewart Vargas-Sosa was born in Orlando, Florida, to Colombian parents who immigrated to the United States in search of a better future. He is a dedicated attorney who specializes in employment-based immigration and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Stewart earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2017 and completed his BA in Philosophy at the University of Central Florida in 2014.

As a first-generation American, he decided to focus his career on immigration law in order to help others access the same opportunities that were given to him simply by being born in the United States. He is committed to providing aspiring immigrants with the highest quality of legal representation possible and takes pride in guiding clients through the entire green card process.

Prior to opening Vargas-Sosa Law, PLLC, Stewart worked as an immigration attorney at two medium-sized immigration law firms, where combined, he managed hundreds of EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW and O-1A cases.

Stewart is licensed to practice law by both the Washington State Bar and the Oregon State Bar. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
